Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kalam, operated by Atlas Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using Kalam at kalam.ma or chat.kalam.ma, you agree to these Terms.

Using Kalam

You may use Kalam for personal and professional purposes. You agree not to:

Use Kalam to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Use automated scripts to send large volumes of requests
Resell or redistribute access to Kalam without our written permission
Use Kalam in any way that violates applicable laws

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@kalam.ma.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Plus and Ultra) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.

Your content

You own the content you submit to Kalam. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.

AI-generated content

Kalam is an AI assistant. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on Kalam for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

Service availability

We aim to keep Kalam available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@kalam.ma.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kalam. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of Kalam after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
